In addition to general Medical Services GP’s deal with a whole range of health problems and concerns. They also provide health education, offer advice on smoking and diet, and carry out simple surgical procedures. They offer a contraception service offering advice and can offer a service for coil insertion, implants and injections. We also have GP’s that carry out post natal and baby checks.
We also offer ECG's, Phlebotomy, Health checks and 24 hour BP monitoring.
If your GP cannot deal with a problem they may refer you to a specialist who has the knowledge in the area you require. You may be referred to a community or hospital based service.
Nursing Services
Our nurses offer management advice for chronic disease patients. They also administer and advise about childhood and travel immunisations, cervical cytology testing and wound care.
